先日の野外演奏からまた花粉症症状が⤵️⤵️⤵️🥲

少しでも回復してほしい。。。

何とか悪化しないで保ってたのになぁ。。。

でもUV回避はうまくいったかも！

サングラス🕶️と帽子と重ね塗りの日焼け止めクリームで👍🏻

とにかく！上手く花粉とUVと付き合っていきます🤣
